About our Member of the Month:
Will + Way Hair Company is a hair salon in Paoli, Indiana geared towards bringing luxury to our local community. We offer hair extensions, custom coloring, and intricate nail art all within Orange County. I originally opened in Orleans with one extra chair, and the goal to grow. Once the opportunity presented to move to Paoli, I jumped on it and now we have five stylists, two nail techs, and we’re adding more spa treatments within the next few months. Will + Way is named after my two best friends’ children; Aspen Willow and James Delano Wayne. Their moms have stood behind me throughout every stage of my career, even when I was unable to see the final vision. By shortening their names, we’re also able to say if “there’s a will, there’s a way” which has proven to be true time and time again. At Will + Way, we want every client to feel welcome and safe, no matter their background. There is a large led sign that reads “What happens in the salon, stays in the salon” we want our clients to know they are able to come in, relax, and share whatever they need to get off their chest without fear of judgement. Trust us, we’ve heard worse. Being a small, locally woman owned business has proven to be challenging at times; however, each and every client that chooses us to make them feel beautiful is such a blessing in which we are eternally grateful for. We cannot wait to continue to grow and keep creating beauty within our small town.
